Returns 

At Dash & Dazz, your satisfaction is our priority. We're committed to ensuring you have an exceptional shopping experience with us, which is why we offer a 3-day return policy. This means you have 3 days, after receiving your item ,to request a return. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, odours/scents free, smoke free, dirt and makeup free with all tags, and in its original packaging.

In your email, include the following information:

    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return

Your return request will be processed within 2-3 business days.  

 

Returns Collection Charges 

We’re pleased to offer free returns, but  for any additional returns on the same order, will not be accepted

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We currently only offer free exchanges for items that are factory faulty or if the wrong item was sent.

If you'd like a different color or size from the same product, please initiate a return for the item you received and place a new order.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
